I'm having an issue where I can't haste my main character, and through all my searching I can't find anyone with a similar problem. He does NOT have FoA on at all from any effect, Boots of Speed don't work for him at all (but work for all other characters, so can also be hasted), and for some reason walks faster than my other characters naturally. This all happens when he has absolutely no gear or spell effects on. I'm an archer, so I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it even though there is no +movement in the kit description. I'm using the BG2 Tweak Pack (G3 tweak pack & Ease of Use) but did NOT install the " Use BG walking speeds" change, and I'm pretty sure all the symptoms started before I installed that. Anyone have any ideas???

He stated his character was an archer. That being said, I have no idea what may be causing that problem.

Like I said, I removed absolutely everything from my character, and the only RoFA that I have is being used by Minsc. Even tried equipping him with the ring to see if it would cancel whatever is making him fast to begin with and/or reset anything flagging him with haste, but nothing has helped.
If you have cheats enabled, try pressing Ctrl+R to dispel any haste effects that may be on him.
I tried that, and nothing. I figured it out, though. I used Shadowkeeper to see I had some weird immunity effects toggled that I'm pretty sure I shouldn't have, and removing those allows haste to work.
Did your player character drink a cursed potion?
