This solved the flickering problem!

I executed the patch and selected the "Use WineD3D's DDraw Library" (the other option available gives me still the same problem).

So, in conclusion, I had to skip the "Use 3D Acceleration" option to get full screen (it seems this is the only solution to get the full screen correctly with Intel HD Graphic 5000) and this patch solved the other problems.
