After quite some time away from the game I decided to fly today. For reasons I couldn't figure out I could not find the .exe for the Saitek controller, so I did a complete uninstall and reinstall of the Saitek X52 joystick/throttle. (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kWZx8ytgPIk for reference).

Although the controllers *seem* to work, at some point during the game the throttles and/or joystick cease to function. An aircraft that I'd previously been flying, when I return to it, no longer responds to the controllers. I'm getting a bit frustrated.

I don't have a Saitek, but spotted this post. Have you tried older drivers?
