I've got about 600 pounds of tin that I want to sell, but I don't have a character that is strong enough to carry all of that.

Shift-Click on a stack will do the trick

I'm pretty sure I tried that and it didn't work. Unfortunately, I think the box containing the metal disappeared.

in Avernum 1, doesnt is ask you how much you want to carry every time you click on it?

I think he means the containers. But I never found any container or stack of items that would be too big to carry by single character in game...

Do tin ignots even stack? I though they are separate items.
