There is an optional boss fight with a blue dragon in the first Avadon. Probably the second hardest boss fight in the game. There is a cheap exploit though to make the fight slightly easier i think. Once the battle starts run back to the beginning of the area so you can hopefully kill the dragon before the golems get to you. Once the Dragon is dead, the golems still come but you can leave the area and then come back and the golems then become inert.

Note the fight is still hard with this exploit just not as hard. I wonder how many other people playing this game thought of this cheap exploit ;)
