skinstitch: Hi i just got the game and what little of it i could play reminds me of the good old fallout games and im really digging it but the game is unstable as all hell. Ive updated my codex with k lite and run the game with administrator privileges but the game can hardly keep up and dies out on me. I occasionally get to the nvidia logo and then its CTDS or i get to the main menu , make my character and that load time between the game can CTD. the furthest ive gotten was just past the opening FMV after you i go into the main bunker. the FMV barly runs and i have to escape out of it. then i get to the camping scene, get mugged and then the game plays...lags a bit and then CTDs. so i cant really play it.

I just bought the game but am thinking about refunding it because i need to clear space on my hard drive and dont want to fill it with games that are this unstable right now. I really would like to resolve the issue as i think this could be something i would really enjoy playing....and i know its russian and russian quality is questionable.....but they are also the real peeps keeping dated game styles alive and i love it I have so many russian gaems it surprises me....but damn....if the thing could just run run. If anybody could suggest a fast patch or a work around. im patched to current as of now. i tried unpatched but ended up getting worse results. i even torrented the game to see if it would make a difference. I found it to work better but i dont want to pirate ...it was just for testing. any help appreciated and i really am thrilled with what ive played so far. all the feels.
