I just bought ATOM game and I really like it. It started to freeze after my first hour of play. Now it is freezing every 15 minutes or so. I've changed the video settings to simple but even with that it continues to freeze.

I saw in earlier post that happened in the past but it should have been corrected now. Am I the only one to have this problem?

I heard from a friend of mine that this issue has been dealt with with the latest game version (1.073). I am not sure, however, which version is available on gog at the moment.

Isaw in the changelog that the 1.073 version is presented but I do not see any patch only the full install 1.072. Am i missing something here?
I just cannot use this game now it is worst than ever. It crashes very 15 minutes or so.

The the 1.073 is already available on Linux and MacOS. So, Windows version is probably on its way too. It is normal (sadly) for GOG to delay some of the updates. Just wait a little and you'll get it. :)

I have installed the latest patch, started the game and before two minutes that game froze again. Think it's time for a refund. Sad because i really like this game.

Honestly, it is really strange. More and more it seems like a hardware problem. If there is a problem with the engine (like resource leakage or similar) then this problem should affect more people.

Try launching the game and not doing anything. Like at all. Just let it run idle doing the exact same thing. If the freezing occurs every time after approximately the same amount of time (with the game suddenly failing to do what it did just fine mere seconds ago), then there is a good chance it is GPU/CPU overheating.

Additionally, the logs could definitely help. You can post the logs here so we can compare them with mine (in my case the game runs perfectly fine) and spot the difference.
