when I'm trying to run the game installation it just saying the set up files are missing. ive re downloaded every thing and I'm still not getting anywhere

As of this post it is right below my question which is below yours, if the link doesn't work.

If you are talking about the base Ashes game and not Escalation (I had no problem with Escalation installing) then with base Ashes I had to rename one of the .bin files...it had an extra -1 at the end. Check the link and see if that helps.
