Microsoft Security essentials is flagging the screensaver when installing as Spyware.
I really do think it's a false positive.

You can report a false positive on this page. Once verified the correction will be included in the next definition update.

I tried it out, and my PC was fine. First I had to turn off my Anti virus to stop auto-deleting it. To be honest though, the screensaver is nothing special. It's basically a short slideshow of pictures from in-game, ending with the main game photo and the title. Not even any audio.
