i have a problem to pass the trolls. I have talked to the King but i don`t received the letter that let me pass the trolls. What i have missing? Thanks in advance.

I know this post is from years ago, but since this same thing happened to me today, I thought I would reply in case anyone else had a similar issue.

Basically it's likely that your inventory was full when you received the letter, and as a result it got dropped on the floor of the throne room. It can be a bit hard to see due to its size and colour, but it's probably still there if you look for it.
