I've started it up, and it doesn't work. The only thing that happens is my screen size shrinks, and then I get the error that says I am unable to run the program due to some error. It doesn't tell me what needs to be fixed, and I've ran it in compatibility mode for everything that windows 10 has to offer. Somewhere around windows XP, instead of a squished screen of my desktop, I get a green screen before it crashes, and sometimes it even stays like that without doing anything, making me need to restart my computer. Ive downloaded GOG Galaxy, but that also didn't work. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and redownloaded the installer as well.

I'm at a loss of what to do; this game is old enough that there's nothing on google that can help me, so I can only hope that someone here has been through this.

In case anyone else is still having this problem, try deleting "ddraw.dll" in the main game directory. I went through a week of back-and-forth with GOG support, and nothing worked until the fella suggested that. As soon as I deleted that one file, it worked flawlessly.
