Hey guys -

Keep getting the abovementioned error "Could not initialize direct 3d device" when launching the game. I'm running a recent RTX card, with most updated Nvidia drivers. I've tried installing every single Visual studio redistributable package I could find as per google but still can't get the game to launch at all.
Tried windows compatibility settings with WIN XP service pack3 as well as Windows vista etc, but the issue persists. How are others managing to run this on Windows 10 if at all?

Any help would be much appreciated.
