I just spent... like 1 hour running around tarrant looking for a beggar so i can lose some good points. can
someone just tell me where they are at by LOCATION? like... by this shop or so?

I already used the one up in Stillwater I haven't been able to find any others. I've googled and found nothing as well.

11 DERVISH ROAD.
Tarant Robed Figure

Outside the Taverns in both Stillwater and Durnhold. Durnhold has a halfing model for the beggar the other two are both robed figures.

Isn't this the other way around? Beggars are for boosting your PC's goodness; if you want to boost your evil, pick pocket some shopkeepers or other NPCs at random.

Yeah, beggars loiter outside of taverns; if there's no one there, then that town doesn't have one. I think you found all of them; if you still need to boost your goodness (or vice versa) then accept some appropriate quests.

What's your goal here? Are you trying to qualify for a particular quest, or to add a specific follower? Or something else?
acquire a follower without leveling up haha. Can't find a companion lvling mod. Really wanted Torian Kel last minute.

Technically speaking, you don't need to level up to acquire followers; but you might need to spend points in Charisma to increase your follower limit.

And Torian Kel is an odd bird. You don't necessarily have to be evil, IIRC; you just have to be very close to neutral. (And of course, that may piss off some of your other followers, unless you have the 20 CH perk of "followers never leave, except when asked.")
Well it's best to level up with them... I don't like being higher then them when I get them.
