I seem to be having similar problems to other folks but despite trying the UAP 2.0.2 patch and adjusting the resolution many times, installing to a folder that is not within the program folder, running in windowed mode, running in 'safe mode', etc, I am still not able to get beyond less than a second into the game. I'm running Intel iris xe graphics with the most recent drivers (30.0.100.9684). This is in windows 10 as well.

Appreciate any suggestions/help that can be offered!

It seems that the game requires a keyboard to be connected in order to run. On modern devices with flexible input it gets confused. I fixed this by connecting a hardware keyboard and it let me run!
