So I am just wondering. Since I got Torg's alter first. Did that screw up my chances at getting the ultimate blessing or can I just restart the mission? I searched all over online and nothing has shown up.

I'm not 100% sure if this will work, but...

Step one should to remove Makaal's curse by leaving an offering at his altar.

Then you ought to be able to proceed through the Ultimate Blessing quest as if the oops had never happened. (You'll know if its working if you then make offering to Ter'el, and Bolo doesn't curse you. If he does, then your only other option is to start over, or wait for a future playthrough.)

Better yet, if you have a saved game from before you tried to appease Torg, that might be better.
