Is it possible? I hate having to manually scroll with the arrow keys or taking the cursor to the edge of the screen!

I don't think that's possible. However, here's a little something to improve the camera controls at higher resolutions.

Add these command lines to your arcanum shortcut:

-scrolldist:0 -scrollfps:70

It basically allows you to scroll beyond the normal view limits at a reasonable pace. This really helps with the game's playability in my opinion.

Wow! I can't believe this hasn't been added to the modding guide! Definitely improves the game A LOT! Now if only there was a way to rebind keys so that I could use WASD to scroll the map this would be perfect.

Just an FYI for anyone still playing this game like myself: your perception score determines how far you can scroll. Your gunslinger character will be able to scroll farther away than your myopic melee character.
