Hey, so i searched the forum (and the internet) for this, but I haven't had any luck.

I just installed this game using the wineskin provided from paulthetall, but I don't know how to install any of these patches. I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to this stuff.

Anybody feel like explaining it in a really simple way?

It won't be easy to help you if you don't tell us which patch you're trying to install ;)
If you're referring to the UAP v091225, I've created an archive that you can download via this magnet link:

Extract it in your Arcanum installation directory, overwriting everything, and you're done!
(if your filesystem is case sensitive, you should lowercase everything in your Arcanum directory before extracting the archive in it)
