So I downloaded this game yesterday, and it ran fine. So I decided to download some of the mods.
I downloaded the official patch, the high res mod, the HD maps one, and I also changed the target to -window so I could play in window mode.
But now whenever I open it from the short cut it says there's no disc inserted.
Did the patch or changing the target mess it up? Any help would be appreciated!
I have Windows Vista x64 if that matters.

You downloaded the official patch? Not the UAP? That may be your problem right there. GoG version is patched up to the last official version - applying the official patch on top of that would overwrite the executable with the one that still had a CD check.
You can 'fix' this by installing the unofficial arcanum patch (UAP) - link is in the Mods thread
