So I am in this huge town (where you get the deed to the mine)
But after reading some guides I think I messed up my character.

I play as a gorgeous and stupid half elf woman who has only 6 str.
8 con and I buffed her dex up so I got 3 points in melee.
Her int is poor. I corrected it by 2 points so she wouldn't be retarded.
It's 6. Her perception is 8-1 and she wears heavy armor.
Willpower is 8 as well btw. Now I only have this pointy weapon. I think it's the rapier.
I miss almost always with it and my allies keep making fun of me.
Well she is dumb, can't handle a weapon and all she's good for is
Well... Getting laid to get in the gentlemen's club.
Jokes aside... I'm at a loss on what I should do with her to get her to be a decent character.
Got any clues why I keep missing? I do know she's slightly magical inclined. I hires that's portions speaking for you.

Should I make her be a magic user instead? I mean she can't equip any other melee weapons due to low str.
I'm at a loss. Oh and I think she's lvl 6 or 7

She's a super model btw *shrugs*

One point into Necro Black spell Harm.

Get your Magic Affinity higher over time (by putting more points into magic spells) and Harm will do even more damage per cast.

It's a super rigged spell, should solve your problems.

If you do want her to fight in melee still you can get str to something around 13 and start to do decent dps with the Fine Dagger.
Thanks for the answer. I still wonder why she misses so often. I gott tp lvl 9 and put 2 str points in. now I was looking into thr magic store and it has weapons with magical power. However it id not added to the sword icon that indicates and says how much damage you do. I.e the game tells me a normal 9 str sword does ore than a 10 damage mafical one (8+2)
I was thinking of becoming a magic melee fighter. Using msgic infused weapons but this confuses me. I am loaded with money though. Every single npc loves me and gives me money because I was so unfortunate to have been traumatized by the crash. I get a huge bonus from being hot and this dress helps too. I also found out I can equip stuff easiee without a shield but that gives me a heavy ac penalty. What do you suggest? Also totally liking this game. Didn't think I would. :)

If her str is low, she might need a lighter armor. Heavy armor will make her clumsy too. Play to her strengths. Get her magic up and/or buy lots of magic potions, weapons and armor. Her followers will do the major fighting (they love her, right?) and protect her. She can throw magic and use defense. Especially healing magic, that way she can heal her followers when the get hurt fighting.

PS this makes me want to re-install my game and start playing again. lol

Bear in mind, if you make her a spellcaster, that low Intelligence will limit how many non-instantaneous spells she can have active at once.
I see you put 3 points into melee, but have you visited the melee trainers? I play a similar character and she wasn't very good with a sword until I received expert training in melee.
No I have not had the chance yet. I am almost done in tatrant for now. I put some points into magic abilities. They help a lot.
She's now lvl 17 with 12 str, 9 wisdom with some nice spells. Like harm. She has a high magic affinity. And is more melee but can use magic as well. Just not high lvl ones.=)
To unlock higher-level spells, you just need to increase her WP. There's a part of the game coming up which is a PITA to get through, but it will boost her up by a number of levels.
I am lvl 19 with 2 points in persuasion. also 1 point in dodge or was it two? Maybe I should get some to be expert
Even though I can't have more than 2 followers I glitched dante into joining me
Pretty weird. First tell one companion to wait, then he can join. Then ask dante to wait and then take your companion back and tell dante to stop waiting. And tadaa it works. I forked him over to the king though

Trainers are pretty important. You should try to train every skill you possess to the highest level you can attain.

In case you aren't aware of how it works, you can train any skill in which you have more than zero points. Usually this means at least one point, but in some cases you can have < 1 but > 0 in a skill, and that means you can train it. If you have 3 points in a skill, you can train a second time to Expert level. If you have 5 points in a skill you can train a third time to Master, but this requires finding the one and only Master trainer for each skill, and completing a quest.
Thank you all for responding. I really appreciate all the help. I feel pretty badass with the aoe spell. I think I wil add 2 charisma to get a third companion. I do have a question though. Is there any place to store items for later? I have an inventory full of plants and if I get a character that can, make salves and stuff for magnus, that would be great. Thing is I am afraid of stuff disappearing if I dump it somewhere. I did get a free lifetime room I think in blackroot. You think I can store my items there? I mean they DO have an empty container in all inns.
There's a warehouse in Tarant that a lot of people use for storage. A short man asks you to help clear rats out of it, then gives you the key to the place.

Glad you're getting through the game and I hope you like it.
I really enjoy it. I may have mafe it a bit harder for myself but I like the challenge. It's the first c rpg I enjoy. Maybe cause there's also an interesting story so far
