This is a really minor issue, but it's still bugging me. I wonder if the same happens to when you see the slideshow during the game's ending, and I'd like to know if it can get resolved.

Basically, whenever I launch the game, the whole loading screen isn't visible - only a strip/bar in the middle, the rest is black. What might cause the issue?

anybody knows how to fix this?
edit: disabling desktop composition and letting the game run as administrator fixed this :)
