I saw that to get the captain back on half-ogre island you have to uninstall the His Res Patch. I clicked the run as administrator on the Highres.bat file in the root directory but nothing happened. Am I doing something wrong? If yes, please give me step by step on how to uninstall the patch.

If you are using high res 1.5, then you must go to the /HighRes folder within your arcanum install directory and use the uninstall.bat

The issue with the Half-Ogre Island captain not spawning was fixed in High Resolution Patch 1.5.
