I'm playing in 1920x1080 using the high res 1.5 patch/mod and the UI and text in game is too small to be enjoyable. Anybody know how to fix this? I've changed the text size in the highres ini but that doesn't help much at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Are you playing on a laptop? The UI should be fine on a desktop 1080p display.

There is no scaling of any kind, the engine is too old for that. Consider switching to 720p and letting your GPU upscale the whole thing.

The High-Res patch actually includes bigger text sizes, but you may have to configure them.
It may still be too small for you (14 or 16 pt, depending on which text and setting).
I think playing at 720p is preferable to 1080p.
