Hi

I'm dying to play this game but as the header says, i cant even launch it.

OS Vista 32
Radeon HD 6850

Please help me enjoy this classic

No mods and I keep all my games in program files, but in a different partition from the root.

I tried now to run as admin but it crashed ("Arcanum stopped working") anyway.

Try installing the game as admin as well.

Tried it and it didn't work.

But on a side note- I'm certain I'm logged as admin but in the properties > compatibility under the 'privilege level' the option to run as admin is greyed out. I can get this option, at least apparently, only from the drop down menu if I right click (which of course I did).

Does it mean that for some reason I don't have the option to run as admin?
If so, does it bears connection to the fact Ive got the UAC switched off?

Ok, I got it running! Re-enabling UAC made it possible to turn the option on in the properties.
