I'm trying to advance this quest, but try as I might I can't get into the warehouse. There's a pair of Jammed doors and Locked doors there, and I'm a mage with a bit of melee. The unlocking cantrip does nothing for these doors, and trying to back with an axe just damages the axe and leaves the door the way it is. Help! :)

1) How high is your MA? The Unlocking Cantrip works better with higher aptitude; at 100 MA no door is safe.

2) Do you have a Fate point to burn? Acquire some lockpicks and push for a critical success.

3) Alternately, you could buy an axe, possibly invest in Strength of Earth (which stacks if you cast it multiple times) and power your way through, resting or downing potions to recover Fatigue as needed.

Let me know if any of these worked.
You can destroy inanimate objects (doors, scenery etc) by entering combat mode and holding ALT when clicking on an object. This also makes your whole party attack the object, so no big deal if you don't have any points in melee.
What iriyap said is correct.

And if you don't want to act like a vandal (damaging your weapon, in the process, in many cases), you can order a follower, to destroy something in your place.

When you click on the portrait of a follower, a small menu window will show up, and one of the options is to attack.

It's RMB, not LMB (this would simply start a conversation, with the character).

If the selected target is valid, the follower will run there immediatelly, and start the attack.

Remember: The best and stealthiest way to get inside locked doors is usually dynamite. No one will report on a person who gleefully blows up peoples property with explosives. The'll just pretend they did not see anything!
