First, How do you access and use the Inventory? I cannot figure out how to place things into the inventory or get things out of it as well.

Second, Is there a way to speed up the mouse cursor so it moves smoother in the game? If so, please give Step-By-Step instructions to carry this out.

Mouse sensitivity can be changed in the DOSBox configuration file.

1. Go to the installation folder (by default this is C:\GOG Games\Anvil of Dawn).
2. Edit dosboxAnvil.conf with Notepad or the like.
3. Change sensitivity=100 to something else (e.g. sensitivity=150).
4. Save and test until you get a setting you like.

psadler: you put items on the face and then in the big box.
It appears in Red and I tried clicking on it but it does nothing. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

To put items in, the easiest is to right click after you picked it up, that puts it into the inventory directly. To access the inventory, if I recall you click on your portrait.
