I need to find the last root but I can't get in that part of the map at all

In order to get there you must find the teleporter: it is behind an illusory wall near the bottom right section with root and two chests. The area that I'm talking about looks like a cross, with you coming from the north. The illusory wall is on the east wall above the alcove with one of the chests.
