After owning this game for quite some time, havin nearly 200 hours in it, i wanted to have a round tonight after a longer break and found the game beeing unplayable.

The map cursor doesnt let me scroll through the map but depending on cursor movement instantly jumps into on of the corners of the map. From my memory I am pretty sure thats not intentional. This problem occurs with mouse and cursor keys as well.

Any advice?

Found the issue, a background program (snipping tool) was sticky in the foreground with a tiny shortcut symbol and killed the scaling.
