I can't get this game to launch. All I get is an error that says "dx11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine" but I have DX12 and feature level 10.0 is on (I checked with dxdiag). Windows 10 and my graphics card drivers are all up to date.

Any thoughts on how to get this thing working? I did have it running on a 10 year old laptop before and this PC is much better than that so it should be plenty powerful to run it.
