I'm fooling around with the Graphic Mode Setup and I love the way hq2x smooths out the game. But when I start the game in full screen, using my 1440x900 screen size from the drop down menu, the game plays in a box that only takes up about half the screen, leaving a large black border around it.

Does anyone know how to use one of the texture filters and still get the game to fill the entire screen?
