The GoG.com installer for 1-3 gives an error about 64 bit registry keys when I use the EXE installer through Crossover Linux (A WINE variant with better support) to install it. Nothing is installed.

No other Windows installer from gog.com gives this issue (At least in my library).

Try using innoextract or installation via normal wine. Since the games are for DOS, you will be using dosbox and not wine to run them anyway.
