I've been playing for about 3 hours so far and everything was going great, then all of sudden after reaching a checkpoint Alan gets a phone call. There is no voice coming from the phone but the subtitles pick it all up. Then Alan starts narrating an no voice either. There is also no sound when the earthquakes happen. everything else seems fine though. please help. thanks in advance
