As the title states and extremely annoying.

I don't see the need of a complete edition, there is nothing that make this game incomplete: the only DLC available is a skin pack and I don't really need that.
If you want it buy it, we don't need another edition of that game, and I wish will happen the same with the sequel.

The Skin packs were originally a preorder bonus, I got them when I grabbed this after reviews dropped, just before it released.

I don't mind there being expansion content, if sold at a fair price, but fluff DLC like this was is worthless Microtransaction trash.

Seriously it's not worth buying, and adds nothing to game, recolours your starting outfit, soon discarded, and, a choice of 3 coat of arms. Again after first Chapter, it's never seen again. Total trash, as most "Preorder Bonus" packs are, including Requiem's

Complete Editions, are pointless as far as consumers are concerned, same content can be sold separately, at any price they choose.
There's no valid reason why you should be forced to pay for microtransaction trash you may not even want.
