I've read a lot about achivements not unlocking. I kinda have this problem, BUT: Every time I start the game, I can unlock precisely one achievement. So, on my first run I got the one for riding the vacuum. Then, no more. When I played again later, I got the one for my first badge (when getting the 5th one...). But again, after that no more.

So... Any fix for that? The game is out long enough for such a bug to be fixed, so I guess not fix from the developers side? What to do? :/

Have you contacted GOG about this? This seems like a major bug.

For some reason I could only get a few achievements at first then none at all.

I'm having the exact same issue. It lets me unlock 1 achievement, but if I do any others they wont unlock. I've been testing it on the easiest achievements, but they simply wont unlock unless I quit the entire game, boot it back up, and then go back and fill the requirements. Would really love to have this fixed. I've already beaten the entire game, just to discover I only had three achievements.

I've tried deleting the .db file someone mentioned in another post, but that did nothing, and I tried reinstalling all of gog and the game, and that did nothing.

I've been having this same issue as well. It gets annoying very quickly, especially for those very easy to get achievements you mentioned. I let GOG know about the issue; hopefully something happens.

Yep, this is happening to me too, I just tested it. I'll contact support and see if there is any solution.

I'm getting it too,

Mafia All Clear isn't unlocking for me and it's first one I did this session.

Seems like after the latest patch, I can now get multiple achievements per play session.
