MP Supply Pack Charlie
is the third official multiplayer DLC for Men of War: Assault Squad and features 5 new competitive multiplayer maps for various numbers of players. Each map has its own unique setting and battle landscape. The 5 new multiplayer maps are for the gamemodes Assault Zones and Combat, as well as for the DLC exclusive Day of Victory gamemode.

Skirmish Pack
Receive a full set of 5 new skirmish missions, 1 for each faction, USA, Germany, Soviet Union, Commonwealth, Japan. Objectives of the missions provide a completely new challenge as your task is to defend strategic positions against waves of enemy troops to hold out long enough to launch a counter attack and finally defeat the enemy. High replayability is guaranteed thanks to smart AI and up to 8-player coop.

Skirmish Pack 2
Receive a full set of 5 new skirmish missions, 1 for each faction, USA, Germany, Soviet Union, Commonwealth, Japan. Mission objectives provide a completely new challenge as your task is to infiltrate enemy lines, assassinate enemy officers, stop convoys and capture strategic positions to support on-going allied offensives. Randomly generated strategic positions, defenses and enemy patrols ensure great replayability.

Men of War: Assault Squad features a completely new cooperative skirmish game mode with access to five different nations (Russia, Germany, USA, Commonwealth and, for the first time ever in the Men of War series, Japan) as well as increased realism and accessibility.

Players can get behind the controls of a tank to smash through obstacles, crush soldiers under their tracks and fire high-explosive shells at enemy emplacements, they can even take control of individual soldiers as they fight. As in previous games in the series, Men of War: Assault Squad includes the unique "direct control" feature which enables players to be in command of any unit using the WASD controls, rather than pointing and clicking.
  • Different historical settings and battlegrounds for every nation presented in the game allowing players to face distinct varieties of enemies and tactics
  • Unique hero units with powerful abilities such as increasing units' firepower, boosting morale or providing other advantages to defeat the enemy against all odds
  • Bonuses featuring remote controlled bombs that can flatten entire residential blocks, airstrikes to destroy incoming tank columns, special "For the Motherland!" charge attacks and many more
  • Improved and dynamic AI ensures that no two missions in the game will play out the same way, making each battle a new experience against an AI that really fights back
  • A great choice of various locations including Western Europe to Eastern Europe, North Africa and the Pacific area

Fantastic

I've never been into WW2 combat or games, or anything WW2. But I took a chance and bought this game knowing not what to expect. This game's blown me away. I've went my whole strategy career not even knowing this type of game existed. It's basically a war simulator (Editor included ;)) with surprising depth. Every battle is an actual battle, and it's not like most WW2 games I've 'seen' that try to be all Hollywood, instead it's basically a long list of maps that you wage war on, and it's fun as hell. You can control every unit, their supply ... you'll see a tank roar over the tree-covered ridge ahead, and panic—your AT unit's behind a rock, you swing the bastard around and blast the enemy tank's turret out of commission. It's great fun and highly recommended. Glad I made the purchase. This will be a game played for years, now we just gotta get Assault Squad 2 on here, and Call to Arms.

Updated opinion: I was wrong, but not.

I'm writing the following review as if I've done all the campaigns except for one, but more on that later. Commonwealth: A very pleasant disappointment, the British campaign was the best. Unfortunately, the armors is not really good, but the infantry is, however, the sas units with the vickers machine gun and the 90mm cannon are brutal. German: Everything is good, the infantry is reliable, the tanks are amazingly strong and accurate, the panther, stug III and tiger are awesomely powerful. Soviets: The infantry is good, the machine gun is particularly effective, the T-34 is not so rough, the KV-1 is unpredictable when there is no chance against it, sometimes it is a zero, but the IS-2 and SU-2, and the ISU are very strong. Japanese: Very good infantry, the tanks ones are mediocre, the machine gun is unfortunately not very good, it is more accurate, but slower than the others. USA: They are definitely the weakest, only the rangers are strong, the sherman is overrated, medium trash tank, their infantry is not very good (20-round thompson, really..), their two best weapons are the Garand and the Bar. The Firefly and the Wolverien are the only good tanks. And I didn't finish this campaign because the game is unoptimized, it crashed and deleted all my saves. I'm sorry, but it must be my fault... but I won't give it another chance. Other interesting things were the mind-reading (mainly German) mortars, the flying "ghost shells" over the tanks, the always-ready answer moves from the enemy. Special things in the campaign by usefulness: 1. Artillery (Commonwealth) 2. Goliath (Germans) 3. Airbone/airstrike (USA) 4. Banzai (Japanese) 5. For the Motherland (Soviets) Basically, it's not a bad game, I admit, and I even noticed that the more I played, the more I improved. It's definitely worth a try, but whether you like it or not, unfortunately I can't give it more than 3 stars due to its unoptimized features and bugs. This game is a strict teacher, but it can give you progress.

boring, boring, boring.... @ the other reviewer Fantastic from Flesh420.613 If you never have played any ww2 games, I think your impression is ok, but it is not objective. If you had played others, you will give 2 or 3 stars. all what you have written is no new thing. it was shown in lots of older ww2 games too.
