Worth the money

This game sure suprised me. I just gave it a try because it looked cool, but the matches turned out deeper than expected. The mechanics are quick to learn and i really appreciate that the matches play rather fast, once you get the hang of it. There is some Meta Progression and different builds to try to keep you engaged. 10 Bucks are a real no brainer here and the game is fully worth it.

Surprisingly Fun

Bought this on a bit of a whim and it's surprisingly fun. The theme is amusing and the game itself has more depth than you'd expect. Give it a shot, if you like tactical games you might just enjoy this one.

Engaging Strategy Title

Tried this out and am pleased with it. Reminds me of Beastie Ball, only not as complex. In it's place is strategy through making choices to learn skills or buy equipment to help with the upcoming matches. Each of the four teams have their own play style and the game tracks your completion of each of the three league tiers for each of the teams. It is well worth the price and a pleasant surprise if you have an itch for tactical strategy.

It's Fun

I would not say this is a super in-depth strategic game. I found it to be extremely easy so far, but it has been fun. I don't love how you have to play through every league/cup with every team, I get it adds more "stuff to do" but the first cup is boringly easy after you do it one time with one of the teams. That being said, it's interesting, it's different and it's fun. I would definitely recommend, I would call this a lite-strategy game. Art is fun, design is pleasing, overall would give a 4.5/5 but since I can't do halves I will round up.

Fun & good game, lacking something

This is a fun and good game. The tactical elements are there in the game so much so that I made a smaller comparison with Into the Breach. It is crucial at harder to difficulties to pay attention to movement and what attack you want to use. Graphics and the world is a nice touch, and the music is also great. Game does not explain itself too much, but once you read through the abilities and the tutorial slides (takes like 5 mins, all in game, no alt-tab necessary) you get the hang of it and will check what to pay attention to. However I think the game lacks some content. In 6 hours I managed to beat the hardest level (3 difficulties/team) with 1 team out of 4. There are also unlocks/upgrades you can buy, but those makes it even easier. More teams or more options for characters in a team (as currently there is no options, just basic teams) could make this more replayable. Some additional difficulty or game modes could help as well. These things can be fixed with patches. Hopefully more support is incoming. Whether this is enough for you for 10-12 € is up to you.
