Uncomfortable Menu Controls

I got no idea how to do with menu, the mouse will only work in one way input, you cannot go back with mouse, as smooth as the click to exit the game. I CAN'T SLIDE MOUSE TO SCROLLING THROUGH MENU ITEMS!! This is a bug. Can't hit keyboard to "advance" but only must to "execute" item, cann't remap to enter key, and cannot remap controls. I respect the Xbox but it's seems better to ONLY have the Xbox control input.
