Homecoming is a failure
No matter how much good will they put into Homecoming, I think it is safe to say Homecoming is a failure. The art is godlike. The economy is very rewarding. It is easily the most generous card game ever. The gameplay however, has become completely flavorless. Unique interactions and cards have all been replaced by small boost/damage effects, and that's 95% of cards. No more cool effects, less faction identity due to neutral imbalance, almost no archetypes. Only boost. And damage. Then you boost, and maybe Damage. Then Damage. Then Boost. Then Dama- As a result, the community is shrinking. After Homecoming's release, the hype faded away quickly. Twitch viewership is now inferior to what it was in CLOSED beta, two years ago. As of December 2018, it is impossible to find a stream to watch, especially in the afternoon, EU time - where most of the players come from. There were FAR more viewers during the content drought that led to Homecoming, than after its release in October. Most streamers have left. The traffic on the Gwent subReddit is a shadow of its former self. There are much less players in-game. I have almost lost all hope, and I was one of those who stuck around durihng the 6-months content drought. There is new content coming and January and March, but it would need to be stellar for the game to live again.

Terrible Full Released Product From Beta
3 Modes on release: ranked, friend matches and arena. Nothing innovative playmode wise added after 6 months of dedicated development and has been literaly the same since midwinter 10 months ago. For full release out of beta product the features arent incentivizing me to play 2000 hours again, got 0 faith and still got dissapointed. Basic mechanic losing an round to win the war is no longer active! Due to 3+3 draw system in round 2/3. games are just 2 long rounds either win, pass, win or win, win regardless the rounds are longer then they used to leading to something being utterly exploited, axemen is an nice one, sihil also great exploit in long round.

dead game, horrible decisions
Over 400 hours in Gwent and they absolutely killed the game I loved. Mulligans are ridiculous, the round system is now awful, awful balance and polarizing cards like artifact, SO MUCH RNG I CANT EVEN BREATHE. They have entire becks that are built around RNG like reveal now and not to mention the complete RNG of not being able to muster units or thin your deck. Now you just straight up auto lose round 3 if you have any bricks or don't draw the cards you want because you can only mulligan 3 cards. Whoever made the mulligan change is an absolute moron who has no business making decisions in card games. TLDR: They don't even understand their own game so all of their decisions are absolutely ridiculous and no one knows what they're doing.

Not like in Witcher 3
I hoped this game to be like in the Witcher 3, but it differs a lot. Too complex gameplay and heavyweight client. And all these mechanics when one card can attack another, plus animation wipe out the feeling that you're playing cards.
