Brotato is easily among the most fun of that game play style I played. People sure loves potatoes because majority of characters are well potatoes lol. You often have to deal with randomized factors. At the same time, it really helps to keep this game fun as well as refreshing. It's so packed with content to keep you busy for months. Usually I would go for the firing route in these games. Somehow Brotato made melee more fun as well as satisfying to do. This game quickly becomes addicting as hell. You are going to struggle not playing this. They did a decent job with the audio to a degree. A lot of characters plus more through DLC. The insane possibilities you could do in the levels alone is enough reason to buy this. Brotato is a game that's great for people that loves killing a lot of enemies within video games.

Description

 

A spaceship from Potato World crashes onto an alien planet. The sole survivor: Brotato, the only potato capable of handling 6 weapons at the same time. Waiting to be rescued by his mates, Brotato must survive in this hostile environment.

Brotato makes up for its lacking depth, enemy variety, arena variety, and mash-up of mechanics seen elsewhere, by making the best of the combination to create an addictive title that fans of pure, arcade-like gameplay will love.

It isn’t just veterans of the genre that’ll love this game either. Anyone interested and looking for their first foray into the genre should absolutely consider this as a first pick. The lack of meta progression means less grinding and more time spent on learning the mechanics that’ll translate into other games.

It aims to do a single thing, which is being a deep and addictive round-based bullet heaven shooter, with a ludicrous amount of items, weapons and upgrades that allow for quite literally infinite builds. It may lack the variety of Vampire Survivors, the production values of Soulstone Survivors and so on, but Brotato’s short-burst rushes of adrenaline make it one hell of a game anyway.

Best Couch Co-op! ^_^!

This is one of the best games for 4-player local co-op. I’ve spent hours playing it with my three boys, and the system requirements are modest enough that even an older PC can run it smoothly. The loot loop is incredibly addictive, with tons of items to discover and unlock. On top of that, there’s a full roster of distinct characters, each offering a dramatically different playstyle compared to the default character — and to one another. Do you prefer sniping from a distance as the Ranger, or getting up close and personal with melee weapons as the Brawler? Would you rather dash around at lightning speed like Speedy, or stand your ground and let the hordes come to you as the Soldier? Maybe you’re intrigued by the challenge of carrying and upgrading only one weapon as One Armed, or even attempting a run without killing anyone at all as the Pacifist. Highly recommended — 5/5 stars!

Fun game

It is a easy to master game, have to choose your weapons, level them up or throw away for other ones. Choose pets to assist you, items to buff toy. But money amount of total weapons are limited. What will you do? Can you survive or become mashed patato? Althought I did not play Co-op yet, I can inmagine this is a quick crazy fun game for 4 friends / family member to mingle and have fun. It is even elderly approved (unofficially) For sure they will have a chaotic but fun time. It is a light game so it can basicly run on most laptop.

Autobattler w/ scalable difficulty = buy

This is fun and it can be made as easy or as punishing as you wish. Remember when "Microprose" had (FIVE) levels of difficulty in some games? I do. The music is not annoying, and it's fun is small bites. Recommend even if not on sale. If on sale throw a 1$ at GOG presevations.

relaxing game

The game is very good and relaxing. For me, it is just like a PC game is supposed to be: no long loading screens, just click, play and enjoy. I can recommend it. Plus, the option to play it with friends, is a nice to have.
