Played it since 2014 and it just takes a special place in my heart. This game despite it's age is still better in my opinion than many more recent hunting titles, the fact that all animal spawns are random makes every hunt something "different", community ,although small, felt like faimly (maybe because of its size), competitions and leaderboards of best animals in season so a game with good rivalisation.

The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay

This game is fantastic. The atmosphere, the narrative, the writing, it's all fantastic. While the game has shown its age, it's still an example of how FPS games are a form of narrative art. It also is deeply influential to the games by MachineGames, a studio made up of ex-Starbreeze devs, and the influence can be seen as soon as you boot up their Wolfenstein reboots and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. I remember buying this game off Amazon and being blown away by how well it aged narratively. In fact, the story is better than the movies its based on! So, it's a shame that arguably the peak of its own franchise is inaccessible.

I used to hate this game as a kid because I could not figure out evolution. Tried it out again almost 20 years later and it has become one of my favourite games to the point of getting me into Digimon as a whole. This game is just wonderful~

Yes the game is on pc, such as steam, but it is barely playable without workarounds. I’d hope that GOG would be able to make the game absolutely perfect for modern PCs. Hoping rockstar are smart enough to allow this game on GOG and the eventual Max Payne remakes

I played this game so many times as a kid and many more as an adult. One thing I can say is the story is on another level to any other game released EVER! The characters are well fleshed out and you truely do care what becomes of them (even the fringe characters). There is so much about this game/story that is relevant to today. It's just a shame that games like this don't get made anymore because the games industry is shareholders first, last and gamers only matter when were not buying a product. Sorry for the semi-rant, amazing game. Needed a remaster over a decade ago and would love to see a full remake and have the team finish disc 2 :).

Oh, the glorious days of picking faithful believers and then throwing them into the mountainside. It was so fun... That and raising the familiar. Teaching it what it should and should not do was a nice thing... And then watching it wreck havoc on the people... and the enemies. Aah, fun times.

First Silent Hill is hands down one of the most influential horror games of all time. It is a timeless classic, a masterpiece, and proof that hardware limitations are no limitation for talented people. Even 26 years later, it manages to be creepy and scary due to immaculate sound and art design.

I had never stopped to think about how games can die until I saw what Blizzard did with Warcraft 3... A legend has been unceremoniously destroyed and replaced by a deformed, grotesque aberration. If there's one game that deserves to come back from the grave, it's this one.

Black and White is in my top 3 games of all time. It is a true gem in gaming history and it deserves to be available for purchase and to be maintained. I can't say enough how important this title is to me and how it shaped my taste over the years. Nostalgia is just another reason I would like to be able to play it again. Brilliant title, way ahead of its time, absolutely worth bringing back.

Sure it's technically an GTA clone. At the same time it does enough to stand out from the rest of them. I always been an huge Simpsons fan. Of course I once had this Simpsons game. Some even consider it the Greatest Simpsons game ever!!! This game is a huge love letter to the show. So many references you don't know where to begin. So packed with content to keep you busy for hours. Easily one of the greatest licensed games on a cartoon show I ever played!!!

Awesome game! One of a kind! But beware... if the game comes to GOG, both floppy and CD versions should be included. Why? Because the floppy version is better! The CD version adds two major changes : voice acting and pre-rendered 3D cutscenes. The voice acting is subpar and becomes quite annoying in the second half of the game, where the gameplay is more about managment than story (you'll here the same lines over and over again). The pre-rendered 3D cutscenes make the game dull. The 2D graphics were beautiful at the time and still are, the pre-rendered 3D was primitive and look dated today. The cutscene you'll see the most of is the ornithopter travel. In the floppy version the cutscene uses the game engine. As you travel, you'll see the desert take on various colors according to the day/night cycle. You'll see your destination on the horizon before reaching it or maybe spot a place that wasn't on your map. On the CD version, every time you take an orni, you'll see the same boring pre-rendered 3D cutscene. No shifting colors, nothing on the horizon, no surprises. Keep in mind that this is true of a lot of games that were originally released on floppy discs and saw a "hasty" re-release on CD with a bit of 3D thrown in because it was "the new trend".

My favorite memory of Prey is when I passed through a portal and it took me to the surface of a small planetoid in a glass box I saw some minutes before... And the terrible visage of a Hunter looking very closely to me from the other side of that very same glass. We don't have moments like this in any modern games. Not anymore. It's unforgivable that this game will probably never get a sequel thanks to Bethesda's actions back in 2011.

The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control.
