I've never been into Souls-like games, but I decided to try Elden Ring, the hardest game I'd ever played. When I encountered the first boss, I thought I'd never get past it. I died so many times that I got exhausted and left it alone for a few days. But I liked the content and wanted to try again and again and again. I beat the boss three days later, and the feeling of my racing heart and the sense of accomplishment was something I don't know if I've ever felt with any other medium, be it a game or a movie. I would love to be able to buy it from GOG and have it forever.
