I spent hours playing D1 and D2, like everyone else I suppose but I have not played one single second of D3, because of that mind-bogglingly stupid decision by Blizzard to force you to be online to be able to play it. So yeah, an offline version would be great, ideally with the various expansions of the game. I would buy that.
Minha historia do RPG começou com diablo e o 3 foi onde me apaixonei pela franquia. a Blizzard foi excepcional em trazer o game em português dublado, e com um jogo que posamos jogar o resto da vida.
Diablo III was one of the first games that truly hooked me into the world of ARPGs. I still remember the first time I fought the Skeleton King — the atmosphere, the music, the dark art style — it was unforgettable. Even though the game has changed a lot since launch, it always remained fun to revisit, especially with friends during seasonal events. I’d love to see Diablo III on GOG. Having a DRM-free version would be amazing, especially with the servers eventually shutting down. It would preserve the experience and allow future generations to enjoy it, even offline. Please consider bringing this gem to the platform!

J'aime cette série et même si ce troisième épisode peut être discutable sur beaucoup de points, il n'en a pas moins des qualités et j'espère sincèrement le voir débarquer ici !

I would love to see a Diablo 3 on GOG but only Vanilla. I miss the times before Reaper of Souls when we had 4 difficulty levels. Grinding had a purpose, legendary items were very rare like in Diablo II. Reaper of Souls made game unplayable for me with 20 difficulty levels, you can reach max 70lvl just playing normal, in vanilla i remember my first character had 43 lvl when i reached Hell. Didn't know a full potencial of a class yet and that gived me a reason to go forward. It was a adveture but always online and updates took it from me as there is no legacy version. Some poeple might say there is PS3 an XboX 360 vanilla but it have already item drop 2.0 and it's not the same like playing on PC. I know Vannilla is not what people liked but for me it was better experience and it had more.. personality. I love Diablo and Diablo II but i had a lot of fun when D3 too when it was relased.

The fact this game plays better on Switch than it does on PC thanks to the *atrocious* Activision DRM and the online single-player killed the franchise for me. I still say they owe me $90 for my special edition purchase I only managed to eck a few dozen hours out of between crashes and server errors, but putting out a *working* PC release would go a fair bit toward redeeming them for the epic levels of fail this had on PC.
I remember my cousins managed to get Diablo 3 for us to play co-op. On a console specifically. Where we all enjoyed playing on a single screen where our players characters. Lamao'ing like loons when the monk's ability to kick would send mobs flying off screen like they were Gmod props. It was all great. OFFLINE. I like the same thing. The same game. in OFFLINE mode. Because that was the only definitive way to play without getting kicked out when you don't have an internet connection. To have the game on GoG would be one of the reason I would begin to no-life a game that quite decent for what it was, but Preserved as well.
Diablo 3 gets a hard time and I can't say whether it's deserved or not because I've never been a huge Diablo fan. What I can say is that Diablo 3 was the first Diablo game I ever played and I finished it many times. I had a lot of fun with it casually and must have spent a few hundred hours in the game back in the day. It would be nice to have it here on GOG, just to jump in and enjoy the nostalgia trip and chill out with the casual gameplay. It's a part of gaming history that some hate, some love and some like me - just had a nice time with and it deserves to be snuggled up in GOG's bed and tucked in at night.

Diablo 3 is far from my favorite game in the series (that particular honor goes to diablo 2) but it was the one that introduced me to the Diablo series. Still, in spite of that, it is a good fun game for some casual demon slaying and there is a reason I play the xbox 360 version exclusively when I own it on pc and that's because I don't want to deal with Blizz's always online nonsense so having a version that isn't forced to be online would be lovely.

FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.
