Space Station Designer is a construction and management game where you become the CEO of a private aerospace company, in charge of creating and operating a thriving network of orbital outposts.

 

Begin with a single core module in Low Earth orbit and gradually extend your operations into higher Earth and Lunar orbits. Design self-sustaining stations, manage astronauts and logistics, unlock advanced technologies, and help shape humanity’s space economy. 

 

Your ultimate ambition? Construct and operate a Lunar Space Elevator Megaproject.

 

 

 

Space Station Designer features three game modes:

 

  • Campaign Mode: Learn the systems through guided objectives, while developing your company through contracts, expansion, and long-term planning. 
  • Sandbox Mode: Skip the onboarding phase and jump directly into an open-ended management experience with contracts available from the start. 
  • Free Builder Mode: Experiment freely with every unlocked module and create your dream station designs without budgets or operational limits.

 

 

  • Every station is fully modular and assembled piece by piece. 
  • Build using 150 unique modules
  • Reconfigure and optimize stations as your needs evolve 
  • Balance life support, power generation, logistics, crew wellbeing, and profitability
  • Create specialized orbital infrastructure across multiple locations
  • From compact orbital outposts to sprawling industrial hubs, every design decision influences operational efficiency and long-term growth.
