Prince of Platformers

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is one of the best action platformers I've ever played. Not only that, is also the worthy succesor of the original Prince of Persia. The gameplay (as long as you play with a controller) is really engaging, the story is simple but very effective (I just love saving the princess, you know), the music is wonderful (soundtrack avalible, yay!) and even the graphics stands quite good for today standard. So if you want to experience one of the greatest games of the past gen, don't hesitate, PoP: The sands of time is what you're looking for.

One of the best action titles so far.

After years of the last (average) attempt to make a 3D version of the Prince of Persia comes the best 3D platformer so far. The spirit of the original Prince of Persia is present here, but with a gameplay improved in every sense. The controls are excellent; simple actions to do complex acrobatics and combat moves makes you feel that you are in total control of your character. Fun story, great maps, everything here is fantastic, where the evolution to 3D has gone way beyond the aesthetic improvement. A must.

A solid classic of 6th generation gaming

This game is a classic! Excellent controls, story, characters, atmosphere, soundtrack, graphics, and pacing. This is one of those games from 6th generation that is truly memorable. I already played this then and I bought again anyway. Enjoyed it again. I felt a lot of nostalgia, but also really appreciated this artistic game even more as an adult. This is more like an interactive story and I loved that! This is game is fun! Get it!

Incredible Game

The game is superb, with excellent puzzle platforming, art design, music etc, the only thing holding it back is it's poor combat which is unfortunately very present. Compared to the good here though any set-backs are incredibly minor. I would thoroulghy reccomend this game top everyone.

Adventure Classic. Kakolukia..

''Time is an ocean in a stormTime is an ocean in a storm'' I played a lot of the series on the ps2 era, back in time, but only got the sequels, never did the first one and my god.. it's so good! a cult classic that would change the history of gaming, for damn sure. The story is pretty great, the caracters are good and their interaction evolve trough time, really good plot. The soundtrack by Stuart Chatwood is so perfect, its one of my favorite game score ever! especially on the next game. The combat can be a bit harsh sometimes, because you need to pull the dagger on the enemys on the ground in order to defeat then, if not, they will resurrect, but the damn thing is they spawn like hell at you, waves and waves, you will just need to get the timing and know how to defend. I Finished the game in about 4 hours or more, i think, it was a good adventure, with good caracters and cool & immersive fantasy. Betwen the other two games, this is the most ''friendly'' in a sense, as the sequels evolve in combat and violence, this one has a good balance of all these things, more simple and unique, there is no blood at all. Some people preffer the sequels because of that improvement, but for me each game has teir magic, their unique atmosfere, and none of the other do it like the first game, a cool astethic fantasy with love and time at stake, a ral ocean in the storm. All said, this trilogy is one of my favorites, a cult classic/must play to all of you people out there i highly recommend, with this one you will have a pretty fun adventure that will bring you to magic feelings and nostalgic moments. Enjoy this epic adventure game, and stay safe at home! (18/05/2020) (its my first review so i am kind of happy xD)
