GOG.com - The Robin Hoods of the gaming industry.

Buying a game at GOG isn't just "buying a game"... it's supporting a higher cause. Keep it up, guys!

I know this is a business venture but you're also doing the medium of the video game a great service by keeping all these older gems easily accessible.

I didn't know what GOG really was until I happened to see Crusader No Remorse on sale and couldn't pass it up. I'm really impressed how quickly I was in the game, with no problems or hang-ups. It's even better than Steam, and ten times better than extra DRM 'services' that everyone's tacking on now.

I love that when I click the icon I play the game. Period. Thanks CPR. You've earned a fan.

Releasing the some of the greatest games ever, making them cheap and accessible, and fighting against tyranny (at least sort of) all make GOG totally awesome and well-worth pouring your hard-earned money into (for their hard-earned gain, of course).

I love being able to play old games that otherwise would not run well on my modern system. Thanks for giving me the chance to catch up on the great titles I missed! Some of my favorite games I would have never known about or played if not for GOG.
I hope that GOG will continue its work for as many years as possible and deliver even more fun Good Old Games.

Been a member since 2011 and I must thank you for not only making this site, but to all whom made it possible. There is an array and vast selection of '90's PC games here and these are and have been fond memories and experiences while growing up. Thank you GOG team and all else for hosting and bringing them to this site. While my introductory and roots to PC games and gaming began in 1992, it's also nice to see and appreciate in these modern times that one truly can return to the sense of nostalgia.

It's nice to know that not every company in the game industry has a "Profit by any means possible" mentality, and that's what I like about GOG.

Good place to find REALLY beautifull games, is really a pity going into a gamestor with hundreds of titles and quitting because there's nothing really interesting, but on GOG I can see lots of titles I might try one day or another, just so beatifull finding again games of my childhood, maybe really very good titles that I just forgot and now I can even play them again Thanks!
(and by the way since I love witcher I'm more than pleased to indirectly keep your financed to produce THE next gen RPG: witcher 3) ;-) bye and thanks

My brother introduced me to this site last Christmas, and it was the best gift I got, haha. Not only do I get to pick up games I've been wanting to play again for years, I get to play all these games I saw in PC Games Magazine back in the day but never got a chance to play. Awesome job, GOG team!

Great job with bringing back some old memories to us guys. I'm even more happy since you decided to make some of them compatible with OS X. I can finally play them once again, without cumbersome Wine/Crossover/etc configuration.

Soon my kids will be old enough to start playing games, it will be awesome to be able to show them what their dad played when I was young :)

Thank you and please keep the games coming :)

This should be the business model of gaming's future. Buy the game at a reasonable price then do what you like with it, trust that your customers aren't thieves, if you build it they will come, etc. etc. In all seriousness, this business deserves more recognition even more so than steam.

Really appreciate their work, as well as finding newer games, thanks to them I'm able to play some old favourites that would not otherwise work (or would requite serious tweaking to work) on my current computer :) I come here mostly for the games, although DRM free is nice too :)

I think it's great what the team is doing. Its horrible to see how we the gamers are getting treated with DRM just because some out there that abuse it. This site gives us gamers so much. Cheaper games, the chance to play older and much harder games to buy, extras and lots more. Thank guys! Please keep up the hard work.

One of the things I appreciate about GOG is all the neat little extras that each game has such as soundtrack, manuals, wallpapers, and anything relevant to the original game. I also feel more relaxed and casual about gaming here than with Steam where any one of my purchases could disappear. Thanks for providing with classic gamer with a legal means to obtain the oldies.

Much love for GOG! Bring on linux versions for the newer indie titles that support it! I would love to play FTL and Introversion Software titles on my linux box. (Thanks to DOSbox much of your catalog already runs in linux thankfully, for everything else WINE may work but, native support is preferred)
