Make developer/Publishers Identifiable on Forums

wolfsite One thing I like about the Steam forums is that Developers can have there forum identity highlighted or add there company name to there ID so posters can identify them as official game representatives. Would it be possible to add this to the GOG forums so if a member of the development team comes to these forums that can be easily identified for less confusion.
rbmTangProbably pretty difficult considering that a lot of studios are now disbanded or absorbed into others. But a portal for an indie developer or someone who had worked on the game would be interesting.

I "met" a guy from Bohemia Interactive on the Steam forums and it was great that there was "proof" for this on his profile, so you could be sure that his technical advice and other answers indeed came directly from BIS. I guess it's rather rare that devs post on the GOG forums but would still be nice if they had some "dev tags" here. Also someone from BIS (perhaps the same guy) posted a patch for ARMA here and especially in such cases - when someone links to files, perhaps even executables - it should be certified that he/she represents a team and is not some troll or hacker who may fool you into downloading harmful software.
DukeNukemForeverGood idea. Maybe they can get their own colour and screamer symbol, which only works in their own threads and subforums.
