Mac PPC as a platform

It'd be nice to be able to run these old games on our ppc platforms too, Instead of the games requiring the newer Intel Macs running 10.6.8+ as a minimum.

Or am I the only one still running a PPC Mac? Mine's a G5 Tower. A lot of these older games were available in Mac Format years ago, so why do they require Mac OS X 10.6+ or winxx, if they were originally for Apple Macintosh also.
