ubiquitousuk Yes please. This is one of the few games that genuinely combined the simulation genre with rich and compelling story and characters.
Quan10Mack Had this as kid going up in the 90s and miss playing it. Remember it being really good and loved the characters in it. Please GoG, the boys in trenches need this back.
rda26 One of the first games I ever played, this came in a multi-pack with 1942 Pacific Air Way and Fleet Defender. All are excellent for the time, but WoG stands out for the story line that you follow.

jnisbet ems=false and core=normal solve most crashing problems with this game. I mention that just in case GOG hasn't released it because they were having crashes and didn't realize that those settings would fix it. I'm having no issues running the game in Windows 10 x64 with vanilla DOSBox and those two settings. I don't see any reason why GOG couldn't easily release and support the game.

paheston Using the Strike Commander game engine, this was very enjoyable to play. I liked the early capability of walking around and talking to the people in the game. Not just a game where you only go from mission to mission without much of a plot. You didn't have to worry about all the vast flight instruments in a modern fighter. Just simple and deadly combat flying all rolled into one. The storyline was excellent and this is definitely a game that needs to be on here.
Hoessi666 This Game is so underrated and probably one of the best-kept secrets of Origin. Nobody seems to know that it even exists....

Best WWI flight sim ever! Hard as a rock, unforgivingly brutal, but extremely rewarding with the "killboard" and the possibility to earn honors through great deeds. Brillant storyline, interesting characters and a diversity of mission objectives. This one has to get on GoG, it's like a refined Wing Commander/Strike Commander with all the best from these two games set in WWI.
ubiquitousuk The truly amazing feature about this game was the story, which developed by having you walk around the aerodrome speaking to the characters there between missions. This gave a sense of purpose to what you did in the air, and gave a much more immersive feel to the experience of being on the WWI front line.

thorsten1974 Supported! I loved the game, but could only play it with the F-16 flight model patch ;=). The unpatched version was way too hard for me.
