Please, come on, get this masterpiece here already! I have it retail still, box still as brand new, but i 'll gladly get myself an updated, tweaked for modern systems, DRM-Free, GoG copy of it, ANYTIME! Has lots of bugs, but please, get it! You simply have to apply the official patch (it solved some gamestopping issues, like crash at the end of Leopold Society), and it is good to go! Don't add community/fan made patches, they change location of items/weapons and mess with game big time!
This is truly a game for most people in the GOG community, much like Fallout and System Shock 2. A game for veteran PC gamers. A broken, unpolished and cheesy mess of a game that still stimulates the mind and gets you into it's fantasy which is all any form of enterainment needs to do.
This game should definitely be on gog and it's already on steam since quite some time.
Troika doesn't exist. In order to get this game, GOG has to get a permission from Activision who owns this game now. While there are some Activision games on GOG, they are quite old. So getting this game is probably not easy for GOG.
Owned this years ago, I would really like to play it again.
Does it showing up on Steam make it more or less likely to come to GOG?
With the right set of community patches, some options to choose mods from the beginning, etc., this could be another release that would be an as good advertisement for gog.com as System Shock 2 was.
Would be great to see this one on GOG.
Why is one of the best cRPGs ever made not present in classic cRPGs oasis? Is it because you can't really make it generally not broken? Can't you make an exception for this and exclude it from your return policy? This game is broken, no question about it but it's also great. So please put it here. Or if you don't want to, at least inform us it won't be here so we won't wait in vain.
This would be one of those games that I would buy instantly if it appeared on GOG. It is truly underrated and underappreciated mainly because it was rushed so bad by Activison and it had a lot of bugs and glitches. Although the game can be bought on Steam, it would require some tweaking and patches. I would definitely prefer GOG to have it because I know that the game would be working superbly like it was supposed to 10 years ago. This is by far my number 1 most desired game to appear on GOG.
I already own Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, but I would buy a potential GOG version again, if the fantastic soundtrack would be included
I was gonna buy this game during Steam summer sale. I think im going to hold off and hope it comes to GOG.
I would absolutely love to play this game again drm-free, don't let us down GOG!
Got it already on steam, still would buy a drm-free version though, Awesome game ;)
I was surprised to find that V:TMB wasn't on GOG. Troika's other games are here, why not this one? I'd really like to give this game a shot, and I want it from GOG!
I consider it a grave (see what I did there?) injustice to bloodsucking wanabe goth leeches everywhere that Redemption is on GoG, but Bloodlines is not.
This game is needed on gog!
With the soundtrack in the bonus content.
I still own 3 copies. But I would still buy it from gog just because :)
V:TMB is a Troika game. That should be enough for GOG to just include it already. But to elaborate a bit - I'm a guy who loathes the concept of a vampire, yet I enjoyed every last second of my V:TMB playthrough. It succeeds as an RPG just as much as Arcanum, Fallout or Deus Ex does. It's a constant visitor of "Top 10 RPGs" lists. And GOG is a den of good ol' RPG fans. V:TMB not being on GOG is a blunder of a century. Absolute classic.
This is, quite simply, one of the best RPGs out there. Sure, the initial release was flawed, but official and community (more community) patches have done more than just fix the game, they've made it better. I would love to see a GoG release!
As well. One classic RPG. Still loved by many. Add this please.
I'd buy it in an instant and it would bring back so many nice memories... :-)
I have this on Disc but I would love this on here so that I didn't have to switch OS to play.
I would buy this the instant it came out. Currently no good way to get this other than Steam. The Steam version has issues with the various community patches almost required to play.
Great action/adventure RPG, ahead of its time. Fix the worst bugs, make the game run smoothly under "modern" OSs... And I'm sure GOG will sell many, many digital copies of this timeless classic!
I have fond memories of playing this, would love to play through it again. Bring it to GOG.
Alas " Big Gabe" the king of DRM has this puppys fate sealed .........:-(
Around 15000 votes for people wanting this game, I would have thought that would be enough for you to turn a profit GOG regardless of what the initial cost of hosting the game in the first place is? You're above and beyond my favourite digital games vendor, so here's to hoping you'll get it soon.
I need something to do over the easter break please....
This needs to happen. GOG, you'd be the best!
Awwwrrright... today I'gonna spend some bucks on some lovely game from the recent past, like, uhm... yes! Vampire: tM-Bloodlines looks like the ideal choice! So let's browse the catalogue and let's see how much does it cos... . .. ... ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!?
This would be nice to have.
yes please bring this game here my copy is almost dead in the water
Please make this happen GOG. Would love to have a nice neat single file DRM-Free installer than having to switch out 3 discs. This game deserves it (it is amazing) and you already have Redemption on here. Pressure Activision to get it on GOG! Game is old enough now I think.
While I have already finished this game at least 3-4 times, I would still love to have a copy for my online collection - especially if this means that we can use the GOG installer instead of getting through the trouble until this becomes fully playable on a modern system.
One of the best games of all time. Just bring it here already.
I just snagged a Best Buy edition of this game with the soundtrack. If an old RPG turn-based fogey like me likes a game like this, it speaks well of it, and hopefully, will be able to make its way to GOG.
One of my all-time favorite games! I would buy it without hesitation!
Please, GOG - make it happen...
I truly hope that this will someday make it to GOG. This one of the few titles I'd buy day one if it came here!
The only problem they would have with getting this game is the licenses. There were a tonne of songs from the game that were done by bands like Lacuna Coil and so forth, getting licenses for those songs would be a pain in the ass! Fingers crossed they can get this game though, I would buy it in a heartbeat!
Yes, yes, make it happen! o/
If ever a game was meant to be GOGed its this one. From an atmospheric world to a fantastic storyline to a fan base that is still alive and kicking despite this game being incomplete and abandoned, this game is the epitome of a good old game. I'm dying for the new antitribu mod to come out. Hopefully if this is ever put on GOG they will get all the fan mods and stick them into the extras section.
Please, pretty, pretty please, this game MUST be GOGged!
I'm sure GOG is targeting this one undercover... They cannot be blind to it! Please be mindful of unofficial patches including straight up widescreen support.... Apparently it also has a robust suite of SweetFX settings... just saying :-)
and amazing game ! trully! But it will be awesome if GOG will be able to add the "unofficial" patch
This game is the love of my life. It is the only game I have played through thirteen times or so. It is the only vampire action RPG out there that is truly worth it and why nobody ever since made a modern sequel is beyond me. Even a remake would be welcome. Imagine this game set in a sprawling open world city like GTA IV's Liberty City. Imagine starting out as a human and then making the transition to nocturnal hunter, traversing the roofs of buildings, looking down into the busy streets, searching for prey. etc. etc. I surely would buy this game again on GOG. I want as many versions as possible to ensure I will be able to replay it again and again.
One of the best games I ever played! It deserve to appear here on GOG.com.
