Spin Doctor was a game for one of the old Macintosh computers. It was developed and sold by a third party company as far as I can remember [though I may be wrong]. The game was set up with a grid of dots, around which bars of various colours would swing. You had to guide one particular bar to the 'goal' dot, avoiding obstacles and doing puzzles and such. Don't know how practical a suggestion this is, but there you go.

It was also released under another title called Clockwerks or Clockworks (Something like that.) There was a Windows version of it as well.
