A scrolling action game released by homebrew developers through Oh! FM magazine in 1986. Game features 10 stages to complete in sequential order; was renowned in its time for relatively smooth scrolling on its platform and for its challenging, arcade-style game mechanics. This game's a good example of Japanese PC games distributed primarily through enthusiast sources (magazines, vending machines, doujinshi packages, &c.), and it seems to have gained a cult following simply for being a great, solid action game that played very well relative to other games at the time. No need to translate anything, as the English text here is mostly fine stuff; the site will need to seek out the best FM-7 emulator/driver-device package they could use for an emulation standalone.
